Ordered a pandan waffle and flavor was good, coconuts have a little more bite to them. Texture was more bread-like than chewy like a mochi; different house, different recipe if you're looking for the latter.

I went there to treat myself during Jury Duty. This place was great. Lots of Boba options that looked good. The Vietnamese coffee was good. I got their 5 spices / shredded chicken Bahn Mi and devoured it. Atmosphere was tidy, nice staff, competent and speedy. Definitely a sold - can’t go wrong kind of place.

Very delicious. The Pandan waffle had so much Pandan flavour! It was like traveling in Southeast Asia. Staff is friendly, the Banh Mi was great too, and I absolutely loved the Thai tea (they don't make it as sweet as other stores which ia great). Will come again when traveling bay area again.

Drinks are really good but the cashier seems extremely stressed and doesn’t offer straws, bags, or calls the pick up orders. Hoping that the gratuity customers offers is split among the whole team because the FOH team is not it

Super awesome customer service! Was able to give me recommendations and I receive my drink. The barista told me if I don’t like it they can remake it! They really waited until I had the first sip to ensure I loved my drink!
I got the blueberry green tea with strawberry heart jelly! 5/5! They just jasmine green tea! Paid $6.50 in total

Ordered their Pandan Milk. The less ice option still had a lotta ice. The pandan flavor was pretty good though. Really appreciate these viet boba shops. Definitely coming back to see if they have mung bean milk tea.
