I've been here once or twice not sure. They lady here was so friendly and kind to me. It was good I wanted to go back but haven't really got the chance. The donuts were like good it shows how much experience they have.
I went in because I wanted to have some munchies on hand for later in the day. The lady behind the counter gave a warm welcome and asked what I'd like. It was a small selection of baked goods but TASTY! It was easy to pick- I went for three different types of "old fashioned" doughnuts- original glazed, chocolate and maple. Fried flour dough, if fried in fresh oil by someone who knows what they are doing, is a culinary miracle. Because it is no longer flour and water and eggs and leavening and a little salt. The frying transforms pedestrian ingredients into DELIGHT. Come to Dick's Donuts for some miraculous comfort. And, although it is true that they only take cash, the doughnuts are FRESH and delicious.
