The Oakland Escape Lounge was a highlight of my trip. The staff greeted me with a good presence and were genuinely pleased to welcome me in. The space felt calm, the food was much better than expected, and when I left, the hospitality carried through, making the plane ride ahead feel more relaxing.
The staff Mercedes, Shannon and Corey were very friendly and professional. The lounge was very clean and the food was fully stocked. It was truly an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back the next time I fly out of OAK airport.
We had a comfortable stay during our LONG layover at OAK.
Meatballs and sandwiches were great.
Good selection of drinks.
Best part was front desk staff (Danielle), servers and bartender.
