Hire more people! Day before Thanksgiving and you only have two people working?? The cashier was making smoothies while people waited to order. You should have one person fully dedicated to cashier while two - three people are fulfilling orders. Very inefficient operation
This morning I landed in Oakland for a short layover and decided to have a cup of coffee while I wait. I'm not super familiar with the Oakland airport and as I got off the plane and started walking towards my next gate, I saw Farley's Cafe and gave it a shot. There was a decent line but I had an hour before my next flight so I didn't mind. This is a usual stop when I am at the airport. This time I got terrible service. First, they rush you (yes I know it's the airport) but they can do better, second, I ordered a croissant with egg and cheese only and still got order wrong. I got no cheese. They charge an extra $2 because they don't do sandwiches with the croissant but my croissant was burnt. So not worth it. Ambiance, what can I say, it's small and the line gets crowded.
