What an awesome bakery. Wish we had something similar in College Station TX
Wonderful bakery in the Dimond district across from Farmer Joes. Plenty of parking behind Pete’s coffee. Lots of cakes and fruit tarts.
Simple bakery with a focused catalog of delicious breads. I tried the small sourdough olive bread, and it was chewy, tangy, and had a good amount of olives mixed into the small roll style bread. The bakery seems to lean toward larger loaves, as there were tons behind the counter to choose from even though it was later in the day.
