They're known for their fruit tarts and they absolutely live up to the hype - light, creamt custard and fresh, juicy fruits. The red velvet cupcake is a ljttle disappointing: too dry and too bright artificial red. I also got the sour batard when I came back and it was great, nice tangy flavor and chewy crust. They do use white flour so the interior is more soft and less chewy, so that comes down to personal preference.
Who doesn't love freshly baked bread, pastries and deserts?? You can't go wrong here - everything is great. Whether you're looking for something to go with your morning coffee, a fresh baguette/loaf of bread to take home, or a decadent desert to impress your friends and family with at a dinner party, you won't be disappointed.
I needed an “emergency” cake for my boyfriend’s birthday so I came in with low expectations. I was proven wrong, the ladies in the front were so kind and even decorated the cake with my boyfriend’s name as a courtesy. My boyfriend loved the carrot cake, said it was fresh and delicious! Thank you for your help today!
