Staff is so rude here. Mostly the person who scen it's and put that in locker. If you know window for ask about updates, they not come to window and if they come will shouting.
It's seems like someone forced them to work here or they are king or Queen of Adeline food hall. If any one see this comment. Please they need a full training how to communicate with customer. Or dasher.
The biggest issue I ran into here was the lack of the manning of the window. There was no e-mail on what locker my food was in, no phone number to call for help, and another guy and I kept yelling for help. The online system did not recognize my name to tell me what locker it was in. I have been there previously and know how it works. The next time this happens, if someone does not come to the window within 5 minutes, I am leaving and contesting the order at the credit card level....read full review

First and last time. No idea who I ordered from. Doesn’t look anything like what was shown on the kiosk. No utensils or napkins. Is anyone there? Customer service is via chat AI. This was a stupid choice. Never again.
