Thank you very much Janine Godfrey of Mediterraneo for our delicious colorful nutritious staff buffet lunch. Today’s menu featured Rock Fish with Mango Salsa, Roasted Lemon Shallot Chicken Chardonnay, Baked Potato Bar with Sour Cream, Green Onions and Cheese, Grilled Vegetable Platters, Middle eastern vegetable salad with tomato, cucumber, feta and garbanzos and Corn Salsa & Lemon Tartlets with Raspberries.
