It is a good place to eat for both American and Mexican food. They are now open for indoor dining from 9:00 am until 3:00 am daily. Love their pancakes, omelettes and steak breakfast. It is located by Park Blvd bridge in 23rd Ave in Oakland behind 7-eleven store with plenty of parking in their parking lot.
Nikko's is a disorganized, typically-empty dive. They have an extensive menu, but they are frequently out of many items. I have been trying to order the chicken salad sandwich for some time there, however, they are always out of it. They have intermittently been out of ranch dressing, certain pasta dishes, and certain meats. Its luck of the draw. Have a backup and double backup in mind when you order. Nikkos Café serves American and Mexican food. It is friendly environment family restaurant that serves breakfast all day until closing at 5 am. Glad they are serving indoor dining again. If you need a quick breakfast anytime of the day or night this is the place. It has ample free parking. Located at 340 23rd Avenue, Oakland behind 711 store next to Alameda bridge.
