My favorite brewery in Oakland and it’s not even close. Large and diverse selection of beers such as IPA’s, malty ( schwarzbier, dopplebock, brown ale, etc), and light beers. the inside can be kind of tight but they have plenty of outdoor seating and the upstairs which has more seating and an entertainment area for kids. Oakland united is a fantastic place to patron, the beer is exceptional and the crew cares about its community. They helped sponsor Fans Fest the Celebration of all things Oakland go show them love like they showed the Town.
This place is great! Here are the things I loved.* A beer-tender who is welcoming, knows her beers, and can offer suggestions (Thanks, Maddie!)* A very nice variety of tasty brews. I particularly liked Sleeping Car Giant Porter and the Redwood.
