Ruby Q Smoke Fusion

I'm so happy to find Ruby Q by chance on Goole Map. We ordered 3 way combo, spare ribs, brisket, and chicken. All of them are delicious! I also like their potato salad. I want to try seafood gumbo too. Since I lile dry BBQ too, I'll ask them to set the sauce on the side. Thanks, Ruby Q! :)

Got here late on Mother’s Day yesterday & was greeted warmly by a gentleman who told us they had limited offerings remaining but that he would make up what they had: Ribs, Potato Salad & Baked Beans. I am Texan okay? We do not play with BBQ in Texas. The ribs are hands down the best BBQ ribs I’ve had outside of Texas. I didn’t even think it was possible to compete with Texan BBQ in California! Well. This spot makes dreams come true apparently! I now refuse to get BBQ elsewhere....read full review
