When I arrived I was in a surly mood due to my girlfriend ushering me out of the house in my dirty work clothes, telling me I had a long day ahead of me. Suddenly we detoured to get some breakfast. I was a little unprepared. No shower, work clothes, etc…well I decided to forget my embarrassment, and I asked for a coffee milk shake. They knew what I was craving. Great local fare for Orinda. Excellent sandwiches and a breakfast menu. They are only open for breakfast and lunch . Their chili is good and one of my favorites. A cute little local book store is next door too.

We are visiting from Colorado and found this cute little spot on our way to see some Redwoods. Totally recommend for breakfast/brunch! I got Heavos con Chorizo and I couldn't even finish it they gave what looked like 3-4 eggs and an entire can of black beans as the side. Not only was it a good amount of food but it was also delicious. My partner got the two egg breakfast and also felt like it was a good serving size. Bacon was thick and yummy.
