Unfortunately, this is not a Starbucks. This is a Starbucks kiosk inside a Safeway grocery store. There is no seating and, while they do their best, the employees are not Starbucks employees. I wish rating apps like Yelp would distinguish between the two. This Starbucks kiosk met expectations, but the presentation of their merchandise was terrible. Unfortunately, this Starbucks amongst the many I’ve gone to in the past year have been severely unstaffed. They are always incredibly busy and really need the staff to help support that business. I know it’s not necessarily this Starbucks fault, but it would be nice to see them with more staff.On top of that, they are always missing random ingredients. Very inconsistent. One day, they make beverages right, the other they are weak. Today I paid extra for oat milk and I see the guy adding whipped cream on a beverage that doesn't even come with whipped cream. Why would you add something extra the customer never requested? Specially a dairy product on an specially requested non-dairy alternative.
