Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a decent place with great people and fast service. The staff is kind, with one reviewer giving a big shout out to three fabulous folks who work with big smiles and corrected a mistake immediately. The interior is great, featuring artwork from Kanako Abe. The drive-through is quick and convenient, though it can have a long line and a bit of a wait. Some issues were noted: the paper cup with the paper lid gets soggy and drips, making it hard to enjoy hot coffee. A few food items, like falafel, are often out of stock, and the strawberry acai refresher with lemonade did not taste lemony. The house specialty coffee is very strong, and the lavender matcha is nice, like a dessert. The potato chive bake is okay for a light snack.
