they have no communication skills, no way to call them and no one to answer emails how do I talk with someone over a phone to solve a problem and get a refund?
I can recommend their green coffee, and I will continue to use the for that. But, please do not buy the Popper the Coffee roaster. They don’t have reviews for products on their website and this piece of junk only has like a 30 day warranty for a reason. Mine failed in less than 3 months and the only response I got was a video on how to potentially fix it by tearing the thing apart. The fix worked for about 5 roasts and has already failed
