Ordered the chicken pesto parm bowl for dinner. It was a large portion size, very filling, and packed with flavor. Ingredients looked fresh and I liked that they gave the option to toss with the dressing or get it on the side and for light, medium or heavy dressing. It seemed like the had a lot of staff working and it was only myself and one other person ordering. The employee who helped me was friendly and the food was made quick in front of me. They have a decent amount of seating, but I chose to take mine to go. Decent spot for a healthy, quick meal. You can also order ahead online and customize whatever you want.

The service is a total joke here. The employees go out of their way to be slow. I waited 25 minutes extra beyond the expected time for my mobile order bowl and it wasn’t even busy. It literally took them 10 mins to make my wife’s bowl as they kept leaving the counter to go and chat. Terrible experience and the bowl was not well made.

I am all for saving the world, but what about saving my salad? The paper bowl just disintegrated on the bottom after 2 hours…The salad was really good. I will be back to try another. Maybe try some different bowls?

Please, please, please use the "tamper proof tape" with Door Dash orders. Wheny salad arrived it is falling out of the bowl and the tamper proof tape ensures that no one has "tampered" with my salad in route.

Service: I pre-order a salad around 10a. I arrive at 10:25 am and walk in. A person behind the counter (you know who you are) says "10:30". Huh? "10:30" they say again. "We're not open until 10:30," she finally clarifies. "Can I just sit for a minute?" "No." To be clear, they were going to open in 5 minutes. They don't have hours posted anywhere (except online, sort of). And the door was unlocked, which is typically a place's way of saying "we're open". You be the judge; if that all seems fair and right, then you can ignore this review. But for me, I prefer that folks in the service industry think twice before deciding to bring rude to my table. I'll go back again, because it's convenient and the only decent salad game in that neighborhood. And now that I've been taught my lesson, I'll be sure to arrive after they open. So, thank you so much rude person behind the counter.

Conveniently located right across from the Marriott, its a quick trip for lunch! For me, getting a custom bowl made sense because I am picky. I got everything I wanted and was able to order online and just walk to pick it up. Focaccia was super good and flavorful. For the bowl and bread + tax was $20. I was full after eating half, but if I was really hungry I could definitely eat everything and feel good. My order: romaine, rice, herb chicken, pickled onion, cucumber, broccoli, banana peppers, lemon with green goddess and pesto dressings mixed in

Be more consistent with what the company wants with their product. It brings back repetitive people. We need this kind of restaurant over anything else. Had the harvest potatoes and they gave me cold sweet potatos. The kind they put on the salad. You should not ever see transparent lettuce in a salad over $20

I am always happy to start my shift off with a Salad at this place. The atmosphere is great, music bomb and excellent service. This one young lady named Asia is very impressive. She always smiles, she very accommodating and very good with customers. She takes initiative and is totally a team player. All the workers are good but she's great and I always see her go beyond the norm. People are our competitive advantage.
