I usually get my Holiday Ham here. This time I was very dissapointed. The ham was salty and did not have the Crunchy Shell on it as usual. My whole family was dissapointed.

I've tried to call the store and go there on three different locations. Either way, the store hours listed on the door and Yelp don't align, nor have I ever been able to get a person on the phone or see the store open when it says it will be. Scott - can you please assist me? Thank you.

Wow! This is my second year using this location for my holiday ham & turkey and it has got to be one of the busiest (and tastiest) Honey Baked Hams in the Bay. They keep things moving like a well oiled machine, especially with the pre-order + pre-paid pickup - totally seamless! Pre-paid is key!! The staff is so nice and on top of things, even amid the endless lines. It's so cool to watch everyone work as a team to make so many people's holidays easier and brighter. To the woman running the pre-paid station and helping every other cashier with their questions - you are AWESOME!! Each interaction around me ended with the most genuine "Happy Thanksgiving!" and it fills you with a real sense of community. Best part - the food is always perfect, this year is no exception... already had to taste test the turkey and everyone approves :)) Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience!

Bought a ham here for our Thanksgiving dinner and when we opened it up it had NO glaze!! We were so disappointed. When I called the store the person told me it's because I put it in my refrigerator when I got home and not the freezer Been buying these hams for years and always put them in the refrigerator. Who puts a ham in the freezer the day before your serving it? After seeing other reviewers report the same (no glaze) it's safe to say the store fell short on quality during the busy holiday season.

I got my dates mixed up and picked up my Ham on the wrong day that was closer to thanksgiving. To my surprise they still had my order plus there was a young lady named Nyelia (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) that was killing the game. The line was long and only two cashiers and when I tell you all this young lady was taking orders while assisting others plus tending to the long line of folks reassuring us that's she'll be right with us and she was leading the team with what should be done! I thought she was the manager until this other lady came out the back that was the manager. Nyelia literally stole the show. She even went out of her way to tell me to to get the bigger size because it was only a $7 difference. I was so impressed with this young lady that I came straight to yelp. Nyelia left a lasting impression and is an asset to the company. GIVE HER A RAISE AND A PROMOTION!!

Service was excellent. I have ordered these hams for years and they have always been very good. . The ham i got this year was HORRIBLE! Really smokey flavor and NO glaze. I need my money back. Seriously!!! i don't have $60 to throw away for a terrible tasting ham for 2 people. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will Never buy here again. Don't waste your time any money. What is your return policy?

After standing in behind the counter for at least 6 minutes in front of a heavily tattooed male who did not know what to say to me, I had to ask “Are you ready to take an order?”…….To which he looked befuddled. At cash register next to him was a lady waiting on another customer.Please train your employees in the art of Greeting a customer. The guy just stood there. It’s so simple to say: “Hello, welcome to Honey Baked ham. May I help you?”The whole experience was darn pathetic. For a $75.00 ham at least give me polite, respectful, and helpful customer service. I am handicapped and standing there with a person who appeared to be alive but with ‘lights on and nobody there’ blank stare is not worth returning.I blame the store owner, not the young man.Hire and TRAIN your employees.

Me: hello I'm checking to see what time my order will be ready; can I give you my order number?Her: we close at 6:30p tonightMe: ok can I give my order number to confirm my orders ready?Her: I don't need your order number to tell you what time we close.Horrible customer service rife with attitude and contempt which makes me want to order from the Walnut Creek location versus be disrespected over the phone. Get it together, train em up!
