Great customer service
This is was a little better that the one in Colma.
I prepaid for turkey and ham slices since it was for Thanksgiving. When I picked up my order, they didn't have one of my orders ready and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I asked the clerk to remove the order that wasn't ready and was told that she would have to void the whole transaction. While waiting for the order, the clerk forgot about me and I had to keep asking her if my order was ready. If they have pre-paid orders, it should be prepared and set aside for the customer...read full review
