Super friendly service and they upgraded me simply because it was Christmas. The ocean view was spectacular and shopping and coffee shops right outside the door.
first i was so excited to be able to stay here but that changed quickly. i was excited to be able to check in early well that is because the hotel has gone so far down hill since i was last here. the valet park cars in the disabled spots and charge you $35 to park in one even though you have a placard. No disabled rooms were available so we had to take a regular room and the toilet is so low my husband must help me up each time. the rooms are not very clean and the carpet...read full review
