Incredible green Chili and pork. Generous portions, and incredibly authentic flavors. It’s clearly a local favorite with folks looking for really high quality Mexican food. The restaurant is simple with fluorescent lights and no frills, but feels welcoming and the food is great!

I am so going to miss this place. Recently relocated and visited this place before we moved. My fave was the Birria seca and the levanta muertos. The best part? Freshly hand made tortillas.

Not very good- ordered some camarones a la diabla. The shrimp was hard and rubbery and the sauce was on the sweet tomatoey side, and wasn't particularly spicy. I don't think I'll be coming back.

I've been coming here for decades now with my family. The epitome of an authentic Mexican hole in the wall restaurant that has stood the test of time with the same ownership. Parking can be rough at times but on the weekends the small lot between them and a tire shop is available. The area is kinda sketchy but you shouldn't have any issues The food has gone from great to ok to great and right now with my recent experience on mothers day I'd say they're ok right now. The sopes is my go-to every time, still better than anywhere else that I can think of. Fluffy, airy, moist and flavorful is how I like em. Some people prefer dry, crunchy sopes and that's on them, this isn't the place for that lol. They carry a variety of seafood plates/platters mariscos that I highly recommend too, fresh and tasty. My family often order the whole fried snapper fish de Diablo which has a nice spicy kick to it. Pretty big portion and cooked to perfection.. Tijuanas won't win any style points, but its a better than most establishment for a meal to hit the spot.

I'm sorry but I'm not sure how this place has 4 stars! I'll give it two because my crab was decent and my mom like the chicken soup broth. I was mainly looking forward to having some good chili verde but it was horrible. The coloring of Green was my first worry, then a few bites led to full on saltiness, and it took biting into four pieces of meat to finally get one that was meat and not fat. But it was hard and old tasting and of course salty. It's so hard to find a great plate of chili verde but out of my quest to find it this by far was the worse attempt.

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I got to say their service is always fantastic and they keep the place well kept constantly. Rates are convenient and they serve generous portions.

They use to be so bomb, but today I went in and I never remember it being that way. We ordered a cocktail and they reused old ketchup and cookie packages. We knew because before even touching it there was a cracker open in the container and the ketchup packages were all sticky. The cocktail also had no flavor, nor was the shrimp cooked well. The plates we ordered were mediocre but honestly gave me a stomach ache afterwards. The only positive thing I could say is that their customer service was good, the people were nice.
