“I am a returning customer and always enjoy visiting the Carl’s Jr. location in Oakley, California. During my recent visit, I was assisted by a team member named Venay, who provided outstanding service. She took my order with a warm and professional attitude, and ensured that my hamburger was served hot and made to perfection.

I truly appreciate the extra effort Venay put in to make sure I was completely satisfied with my meal. Her dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. I will definitely continue to return to this location, thanks to the great service from Venay and the rest of the Carl’s Jr. staff in Oakley.

“Good, expected, Taco Bell food. Complaint is service. I hate the new normal or only ordering from your app or in a restaurant kiosk. You can see workers making food, but absolutely no interaction with customers. After ordering, just stand to the side and wait for someone to place your meal up on the counter. Then you have to walk over to the counter to read the name to see if it's yours. Also... this location especially seems to forget items routinely. Suggest to always check your bag before leaving restaurant.“

“This is one of the best Burger Kings I've been to in a while (I don't dine fast food too often).

The place was super clean and organized, including the restroom.

The service was friendly and professional.

“It was about 9:18pm and Let me just say I know the girl was kind of irritated by my requests of her to make my sandwich. Which it did defy the Subway standard. Hey she did exactly what I asked of her. Turned out to be The Best Subway Sandwich I have Ever Had. Very Clean. . Thank you!“

“I crashed their system and they offered me a cookie for waiting. I really appreciated their customer service, and didn't make me feel bad for what is my worst nightmare. Sandwiches are always fresh and delicious when we come. I wish I would've asked the woman her name but she was very very nice!“

“The customer service is really off the hook here as soon as you come in they tell you about the menu with everyone’s favorite. We got two free slushes on the house. Her name was Nini that works at the front here on Lone Tree Way. Love the food to the cheese fries options. Definitely an awesome place if you’re craving chicken and fries.“

“We have been driving past this location for a while. We decided we wanted burgers for dinner. My husband suggested Burger Time. I was a bit hesitant being it looked like all the other fast food burger joints.
I agreed, and what a burger it was! Fresh, fresh, and fresh. Delicious burger made so nicely. Lots of flavor, hot fresh fries. We all enjoyed these delicious burgers. Thank you Burger Time. We will definitely be back.“
