The Kimchi and pineapple provide a nice balance of sweet and tartness. For breakfast, the salmon scramble is incredibly good, and the scrambled eggs are cooked perfectly. The sausage is handmade in-house, and the thin waffles are tasty and chewy. The fish and chips are also excellent, with a light and flaky crust. Handmade apple pies are a standout dessert, while the sirloin wedge is a great light option, especially on warm days.
The service at High/Low is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. Guests have praised servers like Jacob and Jamal for their helpfulness and professionalism. Happy hour is a great time to visit for drinks, with a good selection of cocktails, mimosas, and wine. Customers have enjoyed margaritas and the delicious chips and guac, which are light and perfectly salted. While parking is available nearby for a fee, validation is not offered.
It's worth noting that the fried chicken and waffles are no longer on the menu as of April 2024. Overall, High/Low is a fantastic spot for a meal, with great food and excellent service, enhanced by the beautiful ocean view and atmosphere.
