After going through a bad experience at another location where the Johanna gave us terrible customer service. I came to this location to give it another chance. I was greeted with such a good vibe by Bailey and Violet. They truly give 100% when it comes to customer service . Thank you ladies!! P.s I never got a called from the

Ordered some turmeric shots (6) through the App. Came to pick it up and the employee had only 1. My payment already went when I ordered it on the app. Just trying to get my refund now, I asked for a refund and she said go to the website? I’m like how does that work? She calls the manger and gives me a phone number to call for my refund. Called that number and he told me I have to go to the store and get the refund! I hate going back and forth. I was the only customer and it took 14 minutes to make my single smoothie which was then made incorrectly- asked for it to be remedied and was literally given a handful of change and told this was the cash value - but what about my lunch and entire lunch break spent waiting for a smoothie which never came (?)Edit update- manager called wanting to make things right which is so appreciated (!) bc I love my Jamba ! Mistakes happen and will be giving this location another try :)
