Maybe they are having supply issues? or shuttering? Products are no longer available, not even from Amazon. I stopped ordering from them a while ago. Poor customer service, poor shipping, unreliable. Yet, they seem to keep selling stuff and taking the money, only to find out that the items are out of stock. The sunflower butter and espresso Paleo Thin protein bars are awesome, if you can get them.

Buyer beware. Received defect product covered in mold, within the use by date. Contacted customer service. 12 emails later there is no resolution in providing me a credit/refund or replacement. Lots of excuses how their computer system can't process a refund or a credit. Tried reaching by phone to straighten this out, but they're no loner accepting phone calls for customer service. Seriously? I have been a long time customer, but they've lost me.

Just opened these today after buying yesterday late afternoon. Tried to call Julian Bakery to let them know but Voicemail says no customer service at this time so please email. Just to be clear, these are not supposed to need refrigeration until they are opened.I think it’s disgusting that a health concern cannot be reported immediately over the phone. The grocery store where I bought them will refund me but I wanted to let the company know the current packaging is not working.

HORRIBLE!!! Waited 4 WEEKS for Pegan Thin Bars that arrived hard and stale. Emailed them for an exchange THEY REFUSED!!! Made me pay $20 for shipping the stale bars back to NEVER RECEIVE A REFUND. Absolutely horrible company, I would give zero stars if I could. If the business owner is reading this, it's about time to respond to my email and issue my refund.

Awful experience with long shipping times and I live in San Diego. Also, everything went badly quickly. They don’t respond to emails to customer service re your experience or in any way try to make things right.

I placed an order with Julian Bakery on January 9, 2021. My credit card was charged immediately. After weeks and not receiving tracking or shipping information, I began to reach out for status on my order.I called the company and no one ever answers the phones. You get an answering machine with no option to leave a message. Emails were on an auto response that they were understaffed due to Covid. This is not the case as I have seen other complaints online about this company's lack of response for years (wish I knew this previously).***update***I finally received my order on February 16, 2021!! Honestly I had lost hope of ever getting my products and had written it off.Julian Bakery's customer service is non-existent. I will never place another order with this company again.I order the 3 pack of breads (keto and 2 other paleo ones) and 12 pk of keto brownies. The only thing I have tried thus far is the brownies. I was unimpressed. Flavor was off and not moist. Since I have not tried the breads yet, I cannot comment.I order many keto products from various companies. I have never had this experience with ANY of the companies I order from frequently. In fact I am on auto delivery with many other companies with excellent customer service and products. Again, I will never order from this company.

I decided to try the peanut butter pro granola and the keto thin wraps. They arrived and both wraps were moldy. I emailed the company and the really didn't seem to care and said I had to send in photos of the thins which I did. They still didn't apologize and just said we will refund you for the wraps. (I will see if that happens) The pro granola taste awful and sticks to your teeth. I didn't get a chance to try the wraps but I won't be ordering anymore from this expensive company with bad customer service and products. Turns out I'm not the only one who gets moldy products.

While I really like their protein bars, they have a major shipping/fulfillment problem. They either need to hire more people or do a better job getting orders out. There is no way it should take a month to get your order when they are in California.

When you eat a very limited diet and are looking for something healthy, Julian bread is perfect. To be honest it isn't as tasty as regular bread that is loaded with unhealthy ingredients. Sure it could taste better if they loaded it up with all the crap that's in other "gluten free" brands but they are one of the few bakeries that keep it clean. It's all perspective. When you haven't been able to eat bread in years, anything resembling it that fits your needs is marvelous. I'm thrilled they produce the products they do!

It's a shame to see all the problems Julian Bakery is having with shipping and with customer complaints. Because if you're looking to eat Paleo/Keto/Grain-Free, THIS IS THE PLACE. For 5 years now, I have sworn by Julian Bakery's "ProGranola" as my breakfast cereal/muesli or yogurt cruncher of choice. It's really good for you and has no unwanted ingredients for someone trying to live a Paleo or Primal lifestyle. I also eat exclusively their Almond flour bread. It takes a little while to toast up right, but there's no better paleo/keto bread on the market, in my honest opinion. I also recently tried their paleo/keto tortilla wraps, which are also excellent. I do have to concur that shipping is a problem, but only for certain items. For example I saw a review about someone receiving moldy bread from them. That's sad to hear, but I usually can find Julian Bakery bread at my local Whole Foods or other "fancy" grocery store. However, I recently ordered a 6-pack of the almond bread and it arrived to me, in a decent timeframe, still frozen (or close to it), and all in fine shape. In that same order I also received 2 packs of the tortilla wraps and they were also fine. However, as part of that same order, I had ordered 2 6-packs of the ProGranola. It took 2 months to arrive. Previously I've always ordered Julian Bakery off Amazon when I could be sure of the shipping timeframes; this time I tried ordering direct because of the better prices and a discount code. It took a long time to arrive but I think I'm set on my ProGranola for 6-8 months so i'll take it. I am sorry to hear about the folks who have had customer service challenges with Julian Bakery and so I'd suggest being aware that your granola will MOST LIKELY be delayed in shipping. If you want their awesome bread, I'd say go look for it in a local store before ordering shipping -- although I had no problem. And instead of ordering direct, perhaps try to order with a guaranteed Amazon Prime shipping date, so you aren't in the rough position that these other folks were put in.

The Bad - 1 Star. Major shipping delays compounded by unresponsive customer service. Occured on my past two orders. Other reviews on customer service and shipping delays are legitimate. The Good - 5 Stars. This is all personal taste preference. Super healthy and tasty granola but my wife hates it. Overall - 3 stars. Despite shipping delays and awful service, love their product enough to keep ordering.

I ordered some granola from them on 10/15 and still have not received it. I've since sent 3 emails for a status update and no one has emailed me back. I've also called but it goes straight to a recording that says they're not accepting calls right now. What is happening?

Very poor customer service!!!! Non responsive!Take your business elsewhere and support a business that actually cares about providing good service to their customers.

I ordered a set of bars from Julian Bakery at the beginning of July that arrived in August; the expiration date is July 2022. As I opened bar after bar, every one was entirely moldy. I emailed customer service three times with pictures of the moldy bars and the wrapper with the expiration date - not a single response. I attempted to call, but they don't have a working phone number. This is disgusting and disgraceful. DO NOT PURCHASE! Update: after a 4th email, this time using "[email protected]" I finally received a refund for the moldy product.

I don't even know where to start. I ordered a three pack of granola through their website and paid it through amazon pay. I did not get a shipping update or anything. I checked my bank statement and they still charged me. To this day, I have still not received the granola that I ordered and I was still charged. On top of that, I emailed customer service and they responded which was a relieve only to find out that when I responded back, they completely ignored me like nothing happened. I an extremely disappointed and I will almost certainly never do business with Julian Bakery again. They charge you for a product and they don't even ship it to you or respond to the emails. Incredible.
