Panda Express in Oceanside

“I had to take a moment to appreciate the Panda Express on Douglas Street in Oceanside. Every visit is consistently great, and a lot of that comes down to the manager, Enrique. He’s clearly built a culture where the staff is friendly, warm, and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

The customer service here is exceptional—everyone greets you with a smile, the line moves quickly, and you always feel welcome. On top of that, the food is always fresh, which makes it even more inviting to come back again and again.

“The food is the usual but it is good. The staff are patient. I normally get by usual teriyaki chicken with fried rice meal. The 4 stars is because they took away the passion tea and other iced tea option for a beverage for just the fountain drink. I get it, it is cost effective but it was a great addition to a meal.“

“They always let city bus drivers use their restrooms. Thank y'all for that!!! We of course don't have restrooms on board and we don't work in an office setting so your willingness to let us use your restrooms is a blessing.

I always try to purchase something...a drink or a quick bite to eat to support y'all business. Always pretty good too.“

“Its a great place as you pass either north or south on I-5, easy on off access, very close to to the off ramps. Manager seemed to be on top of the food quality watching and checking the prepared food, I was happy to see him check the food. Facility was clean.“

“Bryant is a G, he helps a person like me who has Asperger’s with social interaction. He held down the register, it’s as if he didn’t even need to say a word. Please give him a raise. Thank you. ? Also Panda is always crazy clean, literally the cleanest restaurant chain in all of Pendleton.“
