“I wanted to give Pablo some credit for how he handled a situation today. The customer in front of me got upset and stormed out, saying he gave her too much chow mein (which looked like a normal portion to me). Even after that, he stayed calm and professional.
When it was my turn, he was cool, polite, and made my plate without any attitude or frustration carrying over. You could tell he didn’t let the situation affect how he treated the next customer. That kind of composure goes a long way, especially when things get awkward. Just wanted to say he handled it well.“
“We came in late around 10:10pm and they close at 10:30p, they were super hospitable. Especially Katie the manager, she recommended some great options and allowed us dine-in.
I got the lo-mein/ fried rice split, steak and broccoli beef.
