One reason I enjoy coming to Ojai is for the smoked salmon. But I am very disappointed from my last visit.
Coming up to the window, I asked if they had run out of salmon (they do sometimes). I was glad to hear some just came of the smoker. I anticipated warm freshly smoked salmon as in the past. But no, when I got back and opened it up for lunch, I got two refrigerated tail pieces.
