Same problems as everyone seems to have had last 6 months. Worst customer servuce ive ever experienced. Manager was there and watched another employee ask me to leave because of my body language.
I placed an order on the mobile app, buy one footlong get one half off. My boyfriend and I ordered the same sandwich, the Bella Mozza, but there was a glitch on the app and evidently the order wasn't actually placed, even though I was charged. My boyfriend went to pick up the sandwiches, but the employees said they had no such order. Because I placed the order as a guest, I could not pull up order history on the app and my bank's app does not allow screenshots for security reasons....read full review

Very rude customer service to the point of not going to this location anymore in mieners oaks near ojai ca. There are limited places to eat here and these two women are so rude every time I have went in there. To top it off do not ask for fresh sliced anything and definitely do not expect to get the cookie or churro as they say they are not available at their location.
