Delicious teas! I’m very picky with tea and I loved all that I have tried so far. Not to mention the tea jars you can order to store your tea in. I want to visit the store for the full experience!
horrible customer service if you go to the chat line no one ever answers
Do Not recommend. My item came in broken. I have not been able to get a resolution. On social media they say to message them but they dont message back. I've called several times but have only gotten a voicemail. No return call. I have emailed several times and nothing. They have shipping insurance coverage for the item but they have to file the claim not the buyer. No customer service.
