Solid buffet in Tahoe for the value. Omelette bar that also do sandwiches. They have pancakes and waffles to order as well. Bagels, bread, pastries galore! Solid selection of breakfast foods, but limited on fruit and we pulled a peach that had mold on it .... When we told one of the servers he just said okay and didn't grab the rest of the peaches or anything ... that was off putting and why they only get a 4. Nice views if you get sat by the window.
Located within the Resort at Squaw Creek, (now called the Everline Resort & Spa) Cascades is where to go for breakfast every morning. The buffet is absolutely amazing. It's actually one of the best breakfast buffets that I've ever seen. They even have a bloody mary bar, which is pretty unique. In any event, I highly recommend the breakfast here.

We had breakfast here - full buffet. The options were good and mostly fresh (sometimes pastries were a bit stale, maybe our late morning breakfast). Cereal bar, porridge station, dumplings, pastries. There were 4 hot items: fried rice, bacon, potatoes, waffles/pancakes. There's also an omelette station. Overall pretty decent, food tasted pretty average, but good selection.
