Double diamond experience in Olympic Valley.
Superb dining experience. The menu options were abbreviated from what was listed online, but every dish we had was fantastic (the website now contains the updated menu).
The smoked walu was absolutely amazing; the texture was soft and buttery and the the flavor balance of smoke, aguachile, and aoli blended well with the pickled vegetabls. The radiccio and endive salad was fresh and bright, and the vegetable of the day...read full review

My husband and I both agree that the scallops dish we had here was by far the best we have ever had. Absolutely incredible. Our server Luis was wonderful - friendly and happy to answer any questions we had about the meal (including interrogating the chef for us on their technique for cooking the mushrooms).
