“Ms. Alley’s cooking reminds me of that old saying, “So good it will make you wanna slap someone”, lol. Her oxtails, rice & beans, and plantain are worth every penny!!! Portions, appearance and quality of her food are very good, and the taste is superb! You will not be disappointed. Alley’s Cuisine has earned a new customer in myself and both of my sons who insisted they wanted fast food until they tasted what I ordered. I allowed them both to taste a little of my food, but had they asked for more, “slap”… Thank you Ms. Alley, you’re a very kind and sweet person with a special talent for cooking! We will be back.
