First time having a crap experience. I am not sure because it was at 12 midnight but I waited a long time and it wasn't crowded. I could hear the employees just talking and talking as I waited in the drive-thru. My food was cold and the hamburger buns were falling apart and my fries looked like it was supposed to be animal style but they just put grilled onions on it. Pretty much poor quality tonight.
I can't believe how bad my experience was here. Let's just say, walk up ordering and service is far below expectations.

Nice remodel, food is always good but this is the first time in 25 years that they got my order wrong. I asked for animal style fries and they gave me fries with cheese only. Drive through so I didn't notice until I got home.
