I only put 4 because there’s constantly a line out of there for like down the street and then they take forever to serve you. Also by the time you get your food it’s fries or cold if not warm like it was supposed to other than that it’s OK.

Terrible service from a young man who thinks he is a woman! Rude, arrogant, there are some customers who complain about him the same. Because of his bad attitude towards his service since he believes he is untouchable and no one can tell him anything about his bad service. And he threatens to call the police if they complain about his slowness and bad service. So that damages the good service they were giving before. Well it's just this character that tarnishes the service...

They did an amazing job! I ordered at a kiosk but had a special request (sausage on the side). The employee I asked about it went immediately to a line supervision or manager who took care of it so it was right. It was amazing to see staff focused on customer service and taking initiative. Thank you!
