We came for ours son's birthday. We had Lindsay as our server and she was the best. She was right on time with everything! We will be coming back and requesting her for sure. Thank you Lindsay we had an amazing time!

If it wasn't for the wow factor of a rainforest cafe I would say don't go, the service was mediocre, some staff attitudes were really poor and the food was quite honestly that of a frozen TV dinner. The young girl walking around making balloon animals for tips was the best service we got all night, the most personable and really went above and beyond for the kids.

We had reservations and they still made us wait in line . Half of the animal animation was broken . They really need to invest in repairing the place since there's only 2 in United States. We had a birthday girl and instead of ice cream they gave her a no favor cupcake with icing.
