“Everything was hitting! Black owned, so ofcourse. I got the sole, cat, shrimp, Mac, yams, greens, potato salad and the hush puppies. I come from San Bernardino just to eat this rich. Gone n' go! ♥️

“We ate so much 😵💫 Everything was so good. Tried chicken & waffle. This waffle 🧇 is some of the best, especially if you like cinnamon 😋 the chicken was HOT, and juicy. Ox tails, mac n cheese, potato salad, pork chops and corn bread were delicious. I just didn't try my son's greens but he loved them. Were super excited to return! Thank you for your cooking!“

“WE HAVE NOT BEEN TO GUS'S IN YEARS BUT WITH THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE THAT WE HAD WE WILL BE RETURNING MANY TIMES IN THE NEAR FUTURE. WE MADE A RESERVATION AND WAS IMMEDIATELY ESCORTED TO OUR OUTSIDE TABE THAT WE REQUESTED WITH OUR RESERVATION. SERVICE WAS VERY PROMT AND PLEASANT. JUST A MEMORABLE EVENING“
