Person cooking did not wear gloves and did not appear to wash their hands prior to handling food. Unsure condition of fish prior to cooking, did not seem to be stored properly, also looked like they used oil that was already in the pan. Grill was not cleaned off before toasting tortillas, kitchen cooking supplies that was there was picked up and moved. Food tasted ok, but was not willing to risk finishing it.
