Pizza Loca offers great customer service, reasonable prices, and timely order preparation. The restaurant has parking available and an outdoor seating area with benches and tables, making it a kid-friendly environment. Many customers enjoy the pizza Mexicana, especially when ordered with stuffed crust, which is described as very good. The breadsticks are also a highlight, often praised for their seasoning. The prices are affordable, with some customers mentioning that $23 for two large pepperoni pizzas and breadsticks is a good deal. The staff provides good service, and the place remains popular among longtime visitors. While opinions on food quality vary, the breadsticks' seasoning stands out. Be aware that late in the evening, there may be unhoused loitering in the parking lot, which is beyond the restaurant's control. Open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, Pizza Loca remains a budget-friendly option in California.
