“I visit the Wendy’s in Holt and the customer service was amazing there the manager in charge Araceli was very respectful super nice customer service 10 out of 10 a great smile. She was very helpful because I’ve been to other Wendy’s and the managers are not very smiling or helpful and Araceli was just a 5 star customer service I will be coming here often“
“I entered the building and was offered to use the kiosk or order at the register. I chose the kiosk to insure I would earn the reward points by tapping in my phone number. I ordered an epic burrito. When I went to check out it asked if I had a coupon code or if I wanted a senior discount to ask for code from employee. I flagged down an employee and she put a paper with a code on it in front of the kiosk that scanned it and saved me seventy cents! Food was delicious.“
“Went in and used the kiosk thinking it would be quicker, ended up being a waist of our time. Kiosk was card only no way to finish our order and pay at the register, we had to do our order all over again with the person. Everyone else got there food right but mine is always special order and was not right. I ordered extra pickles and it only had 2, as far as the family chili we got. They didn't put cheese or onions and didn't even ask if we wanted it. Over all not to bad....“
