“July 4th, 2026 ,first of all this Wendy's opened for Business several week ago here on the Santa Ana Lines, and to say the least ,being a Long Time Orange County Resident i hear opinions, and now that i have actually ordered and eaten at this Unique Wendy's restaurant (Last Evening ) ,if it were not for the Exceptional Customer Service Communications with Ms. Emily and Ms. Smiley (M),and Mr. Charles repeating my order, to make sure this is what i ordered instead of trying to push your script into what i needed/wanted ,thank you Team Players and the on site manager ,as well as the QUALITY and Tasty Chicken sandwich/10 Piece Nuggets and Frosties ,fulfilled my Hungry appetite and i am totally satisfied with the Easy going and listening to what the Customer wants to order.
However ,if Human Resources are reading this Genuine Compliment , please Hire and Employed the Demeanor and attitudes of this Unique Wendy's Employees, you may want to do an Informercial video as to the skills Wendy's are looking to employ and not those who beg and cry that they need (ask Do you Want this position and what comes with it ) a job, because this attitude is what are popping up in the fast food Business as of Late ,so keep your Quality Employees, just like your Quality Foods ,just asking Mr./Ms. Wendy's ,thank you for reading and Listening to what the surveys are trying to tell those who make the Decisions ????????
I genuinely thank tis Santa Ana Wendy's Restaurant !!!

“I came back from Actor's Night in Los Angeles and decided that Wendy's offered the best fast food version of a milkshake through their line of Frosties. I did NOT KNOW that the Frosty menu expanded so much; I had to ask the staff for some help, and I opted for strawberry vanilla swirl, which was an excellent choice for indulging on a late night return to Orange County. The Wendy's window server was exceptionally patient with me and it was an unusually smooth drive through experience, where most drive thru's are jammed up late at night. The staff member also mentioned this Wendy's was open late till 2 a.m. which is quite a blessing for my night owl tendencies. It's comforting to know there is a hub for midnight Frosty runs after long trips escaping Los Angeles!“
