maaalaatangggggg. I love me some yummy malatang and yintang always takes care of me.

Surprisingly... the storefront doesn't say Yingtang at all and maybe they rebranded or something but it's definitely it.

It's just a solid chain and you can't go wrong with this location. We went on a Sunday late night so no wait at all and not busy. If you're down.. I'd recommend just getting like 1lb and sharing it between the two of you lol

If you’re looking for a solid meal that won’t break the bank, Yin Tang in Ontario Ranch is definitely worth a visit.

The food here is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

I ordered the mild dry bowl, which actually had a surprising amount of flavor and a good kick to it... it was plenty spicy for me! My buddy went for the medium spicy bowl, and let’s just say, be warned... it was straight fire!!! If you aren't ready for serious heat, stick to the lower levels.

Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Honestly that was pricey 27$ and barely put any meats guess the noodles alone was heavy which I didn’t put much oh have to add tip on top of that. At that price you can get all you eat everywhere else worth the buck.

It was so delicious and staff was more than welcoming!!! I got a bowl with beef, vermicelli, rice cakes, imitation crab, tempura, spam, frozen tofu, wide vermicelli, cilantro, bokchoy, spinach, and cabbage!! With the Spicy Beef Bone broth. For roughly 1.5 lbs my price was 24$ including a green tea!!! 😋😋😋❣️❣️❣️

This is a buffet style hot pot location. You pick your desired items and pay by weight. You can pick between a wet (soup) based hot pot or a dry style hot pot which comes with a rich peanut based sauce and your level of spice. There a few options for the wet sauce as well.

There are plenty of options to pick from and a couple of different noodles as well. The food is incredible. Once you finish picking your items and selecting the style of hot pot, the bowl is taken to the back to prepare and brought out quite quickly.

It gets quite busy during mid day as this is a popular place. My advice would be to go once the open of you enjoy a more quiet and calm atmosphere.

This is one of my favorite locations in the near by areas to eat. Is does not disappoint.

Food tastes weird like lamb and seaweed. Found hair on our food! Avoid this place. Ruined our night we came from far away.

This spot has been open for quite some time and I FINALLY had a chance to check it out for myself. Right on time for the cold winter nights here in the IE, and if you're like me a hot pot/ramen soup always hits the spot!!

So its pretty simple really, think of it as an Asian-style yogurtland except Asian-cuisine style. When I say there's a HUGE VARIETY of ingredients/mix ins I ain't even playing. Back to the basics, you get seated first and we went 2 hours before closing on a Wednesday evening and we got sat down immediately. After our table is set you go to the front of the line to grab your big bowl and tongs and start picking out what you want.

Keep in my mind that the ramen/noodles are on the line so be mindful to pick it out and how much you want. Now here's where it can get tricky if you're not mindful of what you want/how hungry you are.

At the end your bowl is weighed with all your ingredients inside and then you are given a receipt with your total weight. **Disclaimer** each pound amounts to $13.99 plus tax (and tip!)

The outcome of my bowl was 1.6 lbs. Overall I paid about $27 or so with tax and tip included. Now here's the BEST PART: they allow you take whatever you dont finish home!!

I got the spicy medium hot beef bone broth with plenty extra noodles, quail egg, fish ball with pork, spinach' bakoy and sausage 😋 👌

My verdict: I'm obsessed. This is probably my new favorite local spot and it's a huge plus that it's down the street from where I stay. Overall I would definitely suggest this place for any soup/hot pot/ramen lover and those picky eaters in your life.

S [must try / 一定要吃到]

· the best quality malatang finally opened in Inland Empire

· their interior was spacious + clean (you'll feel comfy inside)

· 13.99$ per pound as of October 2025 = incredible value in this economy

· all you can eat green onions + chopped garlic + cilantro available at the side bar

· free wifi here cause mobile service in this area sucks

· have a huge variety of hot pot ingredients to choose from (over 20+)

· i highly recommend their egg noodles with signature beef bone broth + medium spicy

· take advantage of their free stamp card (eat 10 lb total = get 1 lb free discount)

tldr: this is one of the best hot pot restaurant in Inland Empire

The food can be so good, but my two guests and I fell ill from eating undercooked food. I think they could cook longer before rushing to the table

This place is hands-down one of the best hot pot spots in Ontario! The ingredients are super fresh, the broth is rich and flavorful, and the dipping sauces are amazing — especially the house special sauce. The restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated, giving a cozy and authentic vibe.
The staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to refill anything you need. The spicy broth has the perfect balance of heat and flavor — not just spicy for the sake of being spicy! You can really taste the depth of the soup base.
Whether you’re coming with family or friends, YinTang is the perfect place for a satisfying and authentic hot pot experience. Highly recommend the signature spicy soup and beef slices — you won’t be disappointed!
