Most of the of street parking are filled, there is a back lot parking for Blk Dot Coffee.Ordering was quick, items came out as they finish preparing.Decent amount of seats inside and outside.Ordered Iced VTM, Iced VTM Tiger, Iced Uji Matcha Latte, Ultimate Brekkie Bowl, Breakfast Sausage Bowl. The VTM coffees were okay, not as strong on the flavor. my friends love coming to this coffee shop, with one of my best friends always dying to come back here. I got a matcha latte, my usual order when I don't know if I will like their coffee. It was pretty good! We have also ordered their breakfast bowls, those are so delicious. The service is okay imo and for the food I would come again for a healthy quick bite but I prefer other coffee shops instead.

Pretty decent coffee place. The espresso/americano is alright. VTM coffee is not for me though - too sweet for my taste buds. Their bowls - vegetarian and meat - have been a hit in our household.
