“Absolutely fantastic visit!! Gideon is nothing short of amazing, and the wines that he and his wife have crafted are true works of art. I've toured Napa and Sonoma Valley wineries several times over the years, but never knew how much I didn't know about wine. Gideon took us through his process, which is less of a "process" than it is his life, and gave us a thorough understanding of what wine can be, if given the opportunity. He and his wife farm, harvest, crush (manually using their feet), bottle, etc, all themselves (for the most part). That level of intimate knowledge shines through in the finished product, creating a truly unique taste and style that my words are inadequate to convey. This is how wine should be crafted.“
