“It was suggested by the people at the National Park Visitors center to try the Elk burger. Outward appearance of the place was questionable. The people and the food there were fantastic. Tried the Elk burger. Cook suggested Swiss cheese and only mayo as the condiment. Fantastic! Better than beef
