My comments are, gotta have a bigger alcohol selection or at least offer what you have on the menu. For a Friday night I think the lovely lady attending to everyone from check in, bar tending and serving did a great job all be herself! You are lucky to have her. This is coming from a small business owner that knows all the struggles. When my people call out, I am there to cover so Please get her some help ;-)

“Came here with my boyfriend as we heard they have a great happy hour and they sure did! We enjoyed a half yard, a cocktail each, a shot each (get the Friday night vibe right lol) 2 poke nachos (our favorite) & off the happy hour we got shitake mushroom noodles which were SO good! Atmosphere was lively, service was good! Definitely a nice spot to have some good food and catch some sports or to just hangout.

Parking: Parking is at the Veranda shopping center so parking is can be difficult at times but it’s a given with the location.“

“We went on a Saturday and it wasn't as busy as we thought it would be. It's conveniently located next to Walmart which has everything. The beer was good. The pool tables were nicely spaced out with good vibes all around. The lower level area is very chill and relaxed. I liked everything about this place and enjoyed playing my game. “I've been a regular at this bar, as well as at East Bay Spice Company. I was quite disheartened to see a negative review from Shay that criticized the bartender, who I believe did nothing wrong.

To provide some context, I’m a Black male who was having a great time with a friend, and I was using the N-word quite loudly throughout the night. The bartender asked me to tone it down, but I didn't. Later, when a young lady asked where is the restroom, he jokingly asked "do you know the password." Whether that was the most appropriate joke is debatable. However, I recognize that my loud use of the word may have contributed to the misunderstanding.

I've known this bartender for over two years, since my junior year in college, and I specifically go to the bar on the days he works. I want to apologize for any misunderstanding or discomfort caused to the young lady. And hopefully clarify what happened.“

Yesinia, the business manager for Applebee’s International, called me directly to resolve the issue. She was so pleasant to converse with! She took time to explain their process with orders that come through a 3rd party company, and she listened intently to my experience, and was apologetic on behalf of the company. She then offered a resolution that I agreed with. Within a matter of minutes, Yesinia took care of it and I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Yesinia! Because of this interaction with her, I am no longer disgruntled, and I look forward to my next meal at Applebee’s! She’s 5 star and is truly committed to customer satisfaction.“
