Horrible. Floor was sticky. Gross. They forgot part of my order. Very slow
Clean, great food, great service. Kids loved it.
Was very pleasantly surprised with how spacious their bathrooms were and how good their milkshakes had been (compared to the moldy-tasting ones other fast food stops seem to always have).

I don’t who’s in charge but I bit into their chicken sandwich and I found this rubbery piece of I don’t know what. I already didn’t like coming here but this did it for me.

BK is kind of an old fashioned fast food place. Kids these days will choose McDonald's over Burger King 9 times out of 10. Sorry burger king.

I don't think I have enough characters in this review to tell you how bad this store is. They're always out of product, the workers inside have no sense of urgency, and I can clearly see an unclean kitchen from the drive through window. I placed a mobile order at 10:30am then I gave them 15 minutes before I got there. It was two breakfast meals so I assumed that was enough time. I get there and they tell me they're out of biscuits for one of the meals and ask if they can substitute with a croissant. It's a little irritating but it's honestly no worries so I confirm that that will be ok. I assumed the rest of the order was made already and they were just waiting on that substitution but to my surprise they hadn't even started it. I sat at the window for 15 minutes and watched them hand out two orders to inside customers before I called the worker back over to ask if they still had my order on screen and what was taking so long for a substitution. He told me they were just starting my order AT THAT MOMENT. Another 5-10 minutes goes by and I'm watching the window at this point, we are passed the point of scrolling and waiting. I watch two other workers meander to the drink machine and pour themselves a soda and drink it right there while chatting with each other. At this point I've waited closer to 45 minutes than a half hour in total for this food and I'm getting ready to climb through the window and make the food myself. I finally yell at the attendant to get their attention again to ask what's going on. He tells me they're working on it and I ask if the two people that were just standing around were the ones supposedly working on it and he tells me that he'll tell the grill workers to hurry up. A few minutes later my food comes out and its a mess. Cheese is falling off the sandwiches and the bread looks smashed in. Absolutely horrible service from beginning to end. One thing to note- when i pulled up to the drive through there was only one car ahead of me and two cars in the parking lot. I can't belive these people make $20 an hour to deliver service this poor and food at such a low quality you'd rather throw it away. I hope this store goes under and another business takes over. Absolute joke of an operation

Awesome
The manager at this place is nasty person in her behavior and the way she speaks to her customers. I asked her for napkins and she said it was not her job. This was on Thursday at 2:30pm
Another order by kiosk, boo. I thought this was a fast food place? Absolutely not fast about it. It took us quite some time to figure out what and how to order. It took way to long for two burgers and one fry. I guess they had a big call in order that needed to get ready before a small dine in order, go figure. I would think they would give the people that take the time to come in and eat more consideration.

I walked into the store and saw a yellow Caution cone. I very carefully walked around it and it was like ice. The floor was oily or too soapy, ridiculously slippery. My feet completely came out from under me and I fell hard. There was NO mat. The asked if I was ok, but did not come around the counter to offer help. They put down some paper towels. Which will not solve the issue.

Ordered two hamburgers only to find out they were out of burgers. All they had was chicken. What a joke, I had to go outside and see if the sigh said chic-fila. Do yourself a favor go to a different fast food place. Jack in the box up the hiway 15 minutes.
