I walked into the store and saw a yellow Caution cone. I very carefully walked around it and it was like ice. The floor was oily or too soapy, ridiculously slippery. My feet completely came out from under me and I fell hard. There was NO mat. The asked if I was ok, but did not come around the counter to offer help. They put down some paper towels. Which will not solve the issue. Very bad.

Ordered two hamburgers only to find out they were out of burgers. All they had was chicken. What a joke, I had to go outside and see if the sigh said chic-fila. Do yourself a favor go to a different fast food place. Jack in the box up the hiway 15 minutes.

The food I ordered was fine, sufficient to keep us from being hungry during our travels. However, I was informed by an employee that the establishment was out of: cheese, ketchup packets, and napkins. Not including cheese on multiple menu items (when stated on the menu to include cheese), being completely out of a standard french fry condiment, and receiving employee-torn paper towels in place of napkins, are all, at least to myself, inconceivable shortcomings, and thus valid complaints. Given the price of the food and nature of the restaurant, I was not expecting a complete dining experience or service; however, I do not feel my standards are so high that this experience should be considered standard or allowable. If only one of these shortages were present, it could be understandable and forgiven, but it reflects poorly on the company, as opposed to the employees, that so many issues were encountered in my visit. I have many doubts about Burger King's worth as a whole at this point, and do not foresee returning in the future.

FIX THE HVAC FRONT ROOM NOT COOLING AND BACK ROOM KITCHEN IS PROBABLY THE SAME! IT'S CALLED MAINTENANCE PAY NOW OR ALOT MORE LATER!
