always polite great coffee good and hot
This review has been a long time coming.
My husband and I were traveling and stopped at Willows Starbucks. They were just about to lock the door but happily let us use the restroom & took our order. I didn't get the names of the crew but everyone on the closing shift were a delight. Thank You so much!

For the last decade or so, this has been a place that I stop when I am a long (I mean, 10-plus hour) drive between two locations. So, I only do drive-through.
I only order coffee (not melted milkshakes or vegan/veggie concoctions that must make the servers' eyes roll around in their heads). Sometimes iced. Sometimes not. But I don't go to a coffee shop looking for food (yikes!) or for my dietary nuances (bless your heart). I get it though. That is Starbucks bread and butter,...read full review
