Ordered Fresca style and said “no cheese no sour cream”, then sure enough- got cheese on it, went back - second time got sour cream on it. Dropped the ball twice in a row = bad rating. The lady taking my order was very kind. At least they were nice but the guy in the kitchen needs to pay better attention to what he’s doing.
Although my family usually enjoys Taco Bell food and service, the service and food at this location was very poor. One of the items we usually order at Taco Bell, a Mexican Pizza, tasted odd to my kids, unusually salty with some other strange bitter taste. When my husband went to the counter to complain, with no other customers in line, it took more than five minutes to get served even though there were seven workers behind the counter.
