There is a manager that works only two I believe 2 PM so she must work the earlier shift and please forgive me for not knowing your name, but I know She is the most amazing kind person quite honest that I’ve met in the last 5 to 10 years just an absolute And you guys should be so grateful to have such an Team leader manager or whatever she may be thank you guys again everything is always wonderful. “I was initially hesitant to try out this cotton candy machine located at the Annex in the Collection. However, my daughter insisted on getting one. She picked the Nanay Rosie shape. She was really excited to watch the machine make her cotton candy, BUT it made small cone shape. She was disappointed. My husband pushed me to contact the company to see how they can rectify our experience. I texted the phone number with what happened and sent them a photo of what the machine produced. Within minutes, we received a response and luckily, the machine has its own cameras. They were willing to give us a full refund and a free cotton candy. Since we are locals, we went back that same evening, texted them that we were at the machine, we selected our shape, and received our cotton candy experience as promised. My daughter was beyond happy with the cotton candy that was bigger than her big head. Lesson learned, give businesses the benefit of the doubt. More times than not, they just want to give customers the best experience. We will be going back when we have cotton candy cravings!“

“Love the concept of the weekly menu change. Bummed closed Sundays cause that’s when I always seem to want cookies! Prompts me to look at the menu on Monday. Buttery cakey flavors are my favorite. Stoked to see they have minis as an option now. App makes it easy, but service is always speedy when you walk in.
