I decided to give Domino’s another chance after years of not ordering from them and tried their New York Style pizza. Unfortunately, it was incredibly underwhelming. If it weren’t for the dipping sauces, it would have been like eating cardboard. The pizza was dry, the sauce had virtually no flavor, and the overall taste was just bland. Even the toppings looked like they were thrown on with no care—some slices barely had anything on them.

Annoying hidden charges at pickup
Incredibly frustrated with the salad ordering process here. The online order is completely unclear about whether dressing is included, and every time I come for pickup, there’s a debate or an extra charge in person for a packet of dressing. It completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering and paying online.

Ask for 8.99 large pizza. Melissa was able and willing to help me take my order. Very professional but helpful.
